At this point, I&#039;m thinking my next phone will be one or the other, which means I&#039;ll have to leave Ma Bell who don&#039;t carry either brand.  

But, when my contract runs out in 23 months, the cell phone industry will have transformed into a consumer-friendly one where Mac-compatible smartphones grow on trees, right?
