Every so often my subscription to digital cable proves itself worthwhile. Tonight’s Call For Help featured a great online guide to email from the Harvard Business School. Its title, Tips for Mastering Email Overload, is a little misleading—it’s actually a primer on sending more effective messages, which is even more important, if you ask me.
On this subject of email, you should also be aware of the dangers of top-posting, which some applications inexplicably allow you to do. If the example above doesn’t sway you, maybe you should read the full Wikipedia entry on the subject.
