I have it on good authority that this is an insulin syringe specifically used for diabetic dogs.
(Though I suppose one could also fill it with crank and stick it between your toes.)

when a young lad obtaining higher education (no pun intended), I used to find model airplane glue and paper bags on the way to the bus. Strange –I never saw anyone building models out there….
