The Almost-Fifty Dollar Fill-Up

Shame on you, oil companies, for taking advantage on us poor Canadians over the Easter weekend by arbitrarily jacking-up the cost of fuel!

I had been eyeing gas prices in Toronto all week, and thought they couldn’t possibly stay so high as 99¢ per litre. I thought wrong.

  1. My Dad was also griping about your Southern Ontario prices. We haven’t had $104.5/L here in the BC Lower Mainland for a good month or so. In fact, if we saw $104.5/L here, we’d snap it up. We’re at $1.10/L on average. Wow, $104.5/L, those were the days.
